Grapes are lightly pressed and fermentation is made at a controlled temperature. Second fermentation by Charmat method in stainless steel with selected yeasts for two months.
Bright yellow, with a fine and long perlage. Aromatic bouquet reminiscent of rose petals and mandarine orange skins. Fruity, with a soft and refreshing taste, pleasantly aromatic.
Excellent as an aperitif, it is suitable to be enjoyed at any time of the day. It perfectly matches with most starters and is superb with fish. Delicious with semi-sweet desserts.
