Grapes are pressed then macerated with the skins for a short time to obtain the best colour. Cuve?e is prepared by fermentation in stainless steel using the Charmat method lasting four months at a temperature of 16°-17° C.
Markus Del Monego: Rose? colour with almost orange hue. Restained fruit, hints of hazelnuts and chalky minerality. On the palate medium weight and length with a hint of raspberries in the background.
Andreas Larsson: Medium deep rose colour, light cherry with a gentle mousse. Red berries, citrus, apple and cherry aromas. Medium weight, a youthful mousse and acidity, fresh red berries, green apple and a medium long creamy finish.
Perfect for a summer evening, it is especially nice just by itself . Wonderful accompaniment to white meats, seafood and canape?s.
