Grapes are both harvested in the first days of September and lightly pressed. Fermentation takes place for about 15 days at a controlled temperature. Second fermentation by Charmat method in stainless steel with selected yeasts for four to five months.
Straw yellow with greenish tinges, bright hues and tiny bubbles. Fragrant aroma of pear, golden apple, peach and citrus fruits. Creamy in the palate thanks to a fine and long perlage.
Suitable both as an aperitif and to accompany any meal, it is particularly indicated with shellfish recipes.
