WINEMAKING PROCESS

Grapes are pressed then macerated with the skins for a short time to obtain the best colour. Cuve?e is prepared by fermentation in stainless steel using the Charmat method lasting four months at a temperature of 16°-17° C. 

TASTING NOTE

Vibrant red rose colour, lovely tiny bubbles. Nose of strawberry, raspberry, red currants with a splash of creaminess followed by a rich complex palate that is balanced by a mouth-watering freshness.

Perfect for a summer evening - it is especially nice just by itself - Wonderful accompaniment to white meats, seafood and canape?s.
