WINEMAKING PROCESS

Vinification begins with a prolonged maceration for 15 - 20 days at a controlled temperature of 26° - 28° C.
After alcoholic fermentation malolactic fermentation continues with further ageing in stainless steel tanks until spring.

TASTING NOTE

Intense ruby red with light garnet reflections.
Intense fragrance enhanced by raspberry, blackberry and ripe red fruit rounding off delicate vanilla notes. Dry, full and enhanced by sweet delicate tannins.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

Excellent with main courses based on meat sauces, grilled meat, boiled meat and aged cheeses.
