WINEMAKING PROCESS

Maceration of the grapes at a controlled temperature of 26° - 28°C lasts 15 - 20 days before grapes are lightly pressed.
Fermentation with selected yeasts lasts about 15 days at a controlled temperature.

TASTING NOTE

Bright and lively straw yellow. Fragrant with aromatic notes such as sage, elderberry and hints of golden apple.
Dry but light-bodied, fresh, harmonious and balanced.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

Excellent with vegetable soups, perfect with appetizers of seafood.
