WINEMAKING PROCESS

Grapes are lightly pressed and then fermented at a temperature of 15° - 16°C.
The wine remains on fine deposits in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 12° - 13°C to increase its smoothness until spring.

TASTING NOTE

Bright intense straw yellow with greenish hues. Fragrance begins with notes of white flowers, apricot and apple. Elegant flavour, good structure and acidity.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

Wonderful as an aperitif and excellent with seafood, shellfish, pasta with fish sauces. It perfectly matches with vegetable soups and soft cheese.
