WINEMAKING PROCESS

Harvested grapes are lightly crushed.
Must fermentation follows at a controlled temperature of 15° - 16°C. Wine permanence on fine deposits for six months at 12° - 13°C allows a more complex aromatic composition.

TASTING NOTE

Bright straw yellow with greenish hints.
Intense scent with notes of withered rose, honey, cinnamon and exotic fruit. Structured and elegant, almost creamy with sweet overtones of honey.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

Excellent with light appetizers, vegetables and bean soups, baked and grilled fish. Delicious with soft spiced cheeses.
