WINEMAKING PROCESS

Grapes are lightly pressed and then fermented at a temperature of 15° - 16°C with selected yeasts. Frothmaking in autoclave at a low temperature for 2 months.

TASTING NOTE

Gold-greenish color with a bright lively froth and a persistent and brilliant perlage.
Large citrus scent with notes of ripe apricot, fruity. Light, sweet and fruity taste sparkling with an aromatic touch.

Ideal with delicate flavour meals, eggs, fish and shellfish.
