Grapes are softly pressed separating juice from skins. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 17° - 18°C, then the wine rests in stainless steel until spring.
Bright straw yellow-greenish tones. Delicate bouquet with wildflower, orange blossom and white peach tones. Dry, soft and velvety with bitter almond flavour, typical of Friulano wine.
A classic match with Prosciutto (Italian ham). Try also with seafood and fish, veal, pork and Asian/spicy dishes.
