WINEMAKING PROCESS

Grapes are lightly pressed and the skins are immediately removed. Fermentation lasts for 20 days at a controlled temperature. The wine rests for about 6 months in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 12° - 13°C. After bottling one month of ageing follows. 

TASTING NOTE

Bright straw yellow with golden hues. Intense fragrance, pleasantly aromatic, with reminiscence of fresh tangerine, apricot and peach. Soft hints of white flowers and aromatic herbs. The impact is rich, backed by a minerally structure. Flavorful taste and harmony of acidson the palate. 

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

Classically paired with fish and seafood. Also great with vegetable dishes, pastas, white meats, and soft cheeses.
