WINEMAKING PROCESS

Grapes are softly pressed and fermentation on wild yeasts at a controlled temperature lasts for about 15 days. To increase the aromatic composition a period in stainless steel follows. 

TASTING NOTE

Bright and lively straw yellow. Typical herbaceous aromas of sage, elderberry and hints of golden apple. Dry, light but with great fullness, fresh, harmonious and well-balanced. 

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

A perfect match with light appetizers, fried fresh-water fish, cream cheese. It pairs well with tropical and spicy cuisine too.
