Viennese waltz and Italian bubbles dancing together at Viennese Red Cross BAll

On November 17, 2017, the "Wiener Rotkreuz Ball", the charity ball organized by the Vienna Red Cross, took place in the famous and historic Rathaus Town Hall, the main seat of the Vienna City Hall.

It is one of the most important events in the Austrian capital that every year selects a partner-country, the twinning with our country was born under the title "Vienna meets Italy".

On this occasion, the Prosecco Doc Consortium has established a partnership with the Wiener Rotkreuz and Piera Martellozzo 1899 winery has offered its Prosecco doc of the 075 Carati line to welcome guests entering the hall, as sparkling wine during the Gala dinner, during the inside the Prosecco Doc Bar and on each VIP table in the Salone delle Feste.

For all guests, especially women, the invitation to wear a mask, in perfect Venice Carnival style. The performance of the debutants and their khights is not to be missed, with choreographies of a great scenographic impact.

Sergio Barbanti, the new Italian Ambassador in Vienna said: "It's a sumptuous dance. On one hand it reflects very much the Austrian traditions, on the other it represents the Red Cross, committed to the ever-present need to take into account the needs of others ".
