Grapes are softly pressed and the obtained must ferments at about 16° C. Second fermentation by Charmat method in stainless steel with selected yeasts for four to five months.
Straw bright yellow, with an elegant fine grain and persistent perlage. Elegant fragrance with tones of orange blossoms and white fruit, the finish is delicate bready. In the mouth it feels dry but smooth, leaving a long fruity flavour.
Pinot Grigio is a versatile food wine. Perfect as an aperitif, ideal with fish dishes or pasta and rice dishes. Also excellent with white meats.
