WINEMAKING PROCESS
Grapes are softly pressed then the fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 15° - 16°C. The wine rests in stainless steel at a temperature of 12° - 13°.
TASTING NOTE
Bright intense straw yellow with golden tones. Fruity notes of apple, pear and intense pineapple. The scents ripen into nutty tones of walnut and hazelnut with a honey aroma. A highly structured wine with almond-honey tones rounded by exotic fruit flavours.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Excellent as an aperitif, an ideal pairing with light meals and with fish dishes.
